HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

You can create an account after you click the “Sign Up” button. Then fill in your details as requested and click “Apply”. After your application, our administrative staff will help you to activate your account within 24 hours. So you can enjoy our online shopping system after our activation.
This is simple and you can receive the latest discounts and promotions by E-mail.

HOW CAN I GET REFERRAL NUMBER?

Before you sign-up, you can contact us to request the referral number. After you got the number, you can sign-up as “membership” in member type and input the received referral number. Then you can receive our latest discount information.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Orders are placed via our website or the phone. 

CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD, ADDRESS, OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

If you would like to change the password or address, please login your account and press "your account" in the top right of the screen.

If you would like to make any changes after purchased the products, you can call our customer service team within 3 hours. We will try our best to help you with any issues.

WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY?

1) Local Shipping:
From the day you received the Order Confirmation email ,most orders can be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day the orders are made. However, it may delays because of the traffic or weather conditions. If above situation occured, we aim to deliver your order within 14 working days.

2) Interntional Shipping: 
From the day you received the Order Confirmation email, our company will contact you directly for discussion on delivery arrangement. The actual delivery date depends on the delivery location.

1) Local Shipping:  FREE SHIPPING IN HONG KONG
2) Interntional Shipping: After receiving your valuable ordering, our company will calculate the delivery charge in terms of shiping location, weight & size of goods and shipping methods. Our staffs will contact and inform you directly about the delivery charge. After receiving the your delivery charge through PayPal, our company will arrange the shipping.
